“Absolutely fantastic. I was born in Dennistoun as was my family and it was great to hear about how the factory came to be and how it evolved over the years. My father lived at the corner of Duke St and John Knox St and we all attended Trinity church across the road. My Uncle told me that my grandfather remembered young Hugh coming back from Bavaria and bringing the German beer makers back to Glasgow. My great grandfather unfortunately fell off the brewery wall. I have told my family about the tour and how it tied our family history together. The brewery was definitely a central point in Wellpark”
