We fell ill on our trip and needed to cancel but learned there was no refund so we still showed up and as a surprise to us after a 30 min taxi ride to the meeting location the tour guide canceled our tour because of the note I sent about a refund. When we spoke to her on the phone she said she would give us a refund but we have not seen that come back into our account. We are very upset with this service and would not recommend to anyone”
